Shehab ElSalamony is a Public Prosecutor with the Egyptian General Prosecutor's Office since December 2021. He holds an LL.M. in International and European Business Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, specializing in arbitration and litigation.
As a magistrate, Mr. Elsalamony handles complex criminal cases including financial crimes, cybercrime, and human trafficking matters. He has completed advanced judicial training programs including cybercrime specialization at the École Nationale de la Magistrature Paris and human trafficking certification through Egypt's International Cooperation and Human Rights Directorate.
Mr. Elsalamony's practice experience includes arbitration and commercial litigation at ALTAMIMI & CO, business law practice at LEVARI, and arbitration and renewable energy law at SHEHATA & Partners. His professional focus encompasses international commercial arbitration, civil and commercial law, and cross-border dispute resolution.
He has developed expertise in Franco-Egyptian legal systems through his bilingual legal education and professional practice.
Mr. Elsalamony is trilingual in Arabic, French, and English, and has received recognition in legal advocacy, including winning the SLM-SHALAKANY Mock Trial Competition as champion and best advocate.
