Ibe Favour Chinaza is a technology lawyer with over seven years of experience advising technology-driven companies on digital assets, cryptocurrency regulation, cross-border commercial transactions, and dispute resolution. She is the founder of Code & Clause Legal, a technology-focused legal practice supporting a wide range of tech companies, including blockchain and cryptocurrency platforms, digital marketplaces, AI-driven products, software and hardware companies, and Web3 businesses. Her work focuses on regulatory compliance, contractual risk allocation, governance structures, and dispute resolution strategies arising from emerging technologies.
Ibe regularly advises companies building innovative technologies, startups, and established deep-tech outfits operating in fast-evolving and under-regulated markets, with particular emphasis on cryptocurrency-related transactions and cross-border legal risk.
