WILLIAM M. KATZ, JR. is a Senior Partner and the leader of Thompson & Knight LLP’s International Arbitration and Litigation Practice Specialty Group. He represent clients before arbitration panels, courts, and government agencies. Mr. Katz counsels clients on contractual, antitrust, securities, corporate governance, and complex business issues. He attended Georgetown University, B.S.B.A. in Finance and International Management (1991); and Georgetown University Law Center, J.D. (1994). Mr. Katz is a member of the State Bars of Texas and New York, as well as the Bar of the District of Columbia. He has published several articles on arbitration and litigation issues and has spoken on those same topics.
