Ioana Knoll-Tudor is a Local Partner at Jeantet d'Ornano Iroda in Budapest. She has significant expertise in international commercial and investment arbitration as well as in complex cross-border transactions, focusing on the CEE and Balkans region. She is a member of the Madrid Bar. She holds a PhD from the European University Institute in Florence, and her PhD thesis, which dealt with the fair and equitable treatment standard in the international law of foreign investment, was published as a monograph by Oxford University Press in March 2008. Mrs Knoll-Tudor obtained an MA from the College of Europe and has graduated from University Paris II Assas and IHEI (Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales, Paris).
