Rodolfo Guillermo Miranda Miranda is a Peruvian Lawyer, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (Catholic University of Peru). His areas of practice are Public Private Partnerships, Government Procurement, Administrative and Civil Law, Arbitration and Concessions.
He has participated in public private partnerships as an advisor of both the public entities and the private bidders or contractors. He worked on the challenging of awards choosing the grantee in the frame of government procurement public bids, either as an attorney of the bidders or the government. He also has expierience in in government contract arbitrations as the secretary of the tribunal and as lawyer of both claimants and defendants.
