Problems receiving emails from TDM?
If you are having problems receiving emails from TDM please read the information and instructions below.
Adding email@example.com to your safe senders.
If you find email from @transnational-dispute-management.com in your spam or junk folder, please take a moment to instruct your mail program that it is not spam by marking the mail with the "not spam", "not junk" or similar button. This will train your email program to whitelist it.
You can also ask your IT department to whitelist the following email address:

(If your organisation has many members receiving update emails you may need to increase the number of allowed (smtp) connections from the 184.108.40.206 and 220.127.116.11 IP addresses)
Sender Policy Framework (SPF)
The transnational-dispute-management.com domain has a SPF record.
With the information above you should be able to setup a filter to allow receiving emails from TDM.
If you are using Postini:
transnational-dispute-management.com should to be added to "Postini Approved Senders" lists.
In addition, 18.104.22.168 and 22.214.171.124 should be created as a "Pass Through" (whitelist) entity in Postini.
